Holly and Jasper are the elves that have been assigned to our house to watch over our children and report to Santa each night. They arrived on Dec.2 in the kids' stockings. Holly pulled out the Elf on the Shelf book for the kids to read again this year. Sierra has been dying for the elves to arrive. When we were at Winter Wonderland, she asked us in front of Santa and his elf when the elves were coming to our house. I said, "Sierra, there's an elf right here." She replied, "No mom! The real ones!" Awkard, and hilarious. Needles to say, I have randomly heard her talk to the elves throughout the day. She continually updates them whenever someone is being bad. She has also told them three times what she wants for Christmas.
