Sully's 1st Birthday: Presents!

Several people found a way to get gifts here despite the distance.  Sully was so excited to see all his new toys and unwrap them.  We gave him the bouncy turtle.  He was really apprehensive at first, but finally figured it out.  He would walk up to it slowly and verify that it was not going to make any sudden movements.  Then he would quickly throw his leg over and crawl up.

He had a us cracking up at the gifts sent by Nana and Pappy.  Nana and Chuck sent the toolbox.  Sully would hit a button then stand up and dance to the music.  He would do the same thing with the dinosaur popper gift from Pappy and Mimi.  He would shake up all the balls inside then the music would cut on and he would dance.  We all laughed and watched him jam out for 30 minutes.  The excitement of the day finally got the best of him, and he crawled up in my lap for bedtime.    A great first birthday!
